User Guides
Welcome to the Vruksha ERP User Guides — the practical, task-oriented home for everyone who works in the system day to day. Where the Getting Started section helps you find your feet and the Reference section answers "what are the exact rules?", these guides answer the most common question of all: "How do I actually do this?"
Each guide is written for the person doing the job — a sales executive raising a quotation, a project manager publishing a layout, a finance user adding a bank account. They walk through real screens, real buttons, and the validation rules you will meet along the way.
How these guides are organised
The guides follow the same shape as the application's left-hand navigation, so the structure should feel familiar. Most module groups open with an Overview that explains what the module is for and how it connects to the rest of the system, followed by step-by-step how-to pages for each task.
A typical flow through the product moves from the top of this table downward: you set up your Partners and Partnerships, register your Stock (land and buildings), organise it into Projects and Subprojects, create the Units that get sold, and then run the Sales pipeline against them. The Dashboard, Reports, Documents, Finance, and Notifications guides support every stage.

Conventions used throughout
- Permissions matter. Many actions are gated by your role. If a button or whole page is missing, you probably do not have the permission for it — ask an Admin. See Roles & Permissions for the full picture.
- Validation runs on Submit. Forms do not nag you while you type. When you press Save, any problems appear as red text beneath the affected fields, and focus jumps to the first one.
- Nothing is truly deleted. Deletions are "soft" — records are hidden, not destroyed — and many deletes are blocked while the record is still in use.
- Everything important is logged. Status changes, ownership changes, exports and deletions are written to the audit trail.
Pick a module from the table above, or jump straight to the Dashboard — the first screen you see after signing in.
