Operations Reports
Operations & Audit reports give you the who-changed-what-when view of activity in the system. In Phase 1 this category centres on the Unit Activity Log. These reports share the common filter bar and export behaviour.
Unit Activity Log
An audit-style report of every change made to units — status moves, edits, ownership changes — with the person who made each change.
- Grid columns: the operation type, the old value → new value, the actor (who performed it), and the timestamp.
- Filters: date range, operation type, performed by (actor), and stock / project / subproject. Pick the range and field from the standard filter bar.
- Drill-down: each row links to the unit it concerns and to the underlying audit-log entry, so you can trace a change back to its source.
What it's for
- Accountability — see exactly who blocked, booked, registered, or edited a unit, and when.
- Investigation — when a unit's state looks wrong, the activity log shows the sequence of changes that led there.
- Review — Project Managers can audit activity within their assigned subprojects.
Scope and permissions. Access is role-controlled. Project Managers see activity only for the subprojects assigned to them; broader roles see more. The Export button appears only if you are permitted to export, and — like all report exports — every export is itself audit-logged.
Relationship to the audit trail
The Unit Activity Log is a focused, unit-centric window onto the system-wide audit trail. The audit trail captures changes across all entities; this report narrows that to units and presents it in a filterable, exportable grid.
