Partnership Reports
Partnership reports give partners and management a clear view of ownership and partner analytics — who holds what, across which partnerships, projects and units. They share the common filter bar and export behaviour.
Access: These reports are scoped by role. A Partner sees their own partnership data (read-only); Admin and management roles see the full picture.
What partnership reporting covers
Partnership and partner analytics typically include:
- Holdings by partnership — each partner's percentage holding within a partnership. (Holdings always sum to exactly 100.00%, so these reports double as a quick integrity check.)
- Managing partner designation per partnership.
- Partner exposure across projects and units — where a partner's ownership flows through into specific projects and unit shareholdings.
- Status mix — partnerships by status (Draft, Active, Suspended, Closed).
Using partnership reports
- Pick the date range and any advanced filters (partnership, partner, project).
- Read the KPIs for the summary, then the grid for partner-level rows.
- Drill down from a row into the partnership, partner, or project for full detail.
- Export a partner-ready pack to CSV/Excel/PDF. Exports are audit-logged.
How this connects elsewhere
- Holdings shown here originate in the Partnerships and Partners modules.
- Ownership that flows down to land and buildings is analysed in the Ownership reports.
- Changes to partner holdings are sensitive and raise notifications and audit entries.
What's not here yet
Automated profit distribution and partner settlement statements are out of Phase 1; partnership reports today are about ownership structure and analytics, not profit payouts.
