Sales Reports

Sales reports tell you how the pipeline is performing — what's booked, what's invoiced, what converted, and what was cancelled or refunded. They all share the common filter bar, date-field selector, and export behaviour, so this page focuses on what each report shows.

Access: Sales reports appear in your hub when you have the matching sales report permission (sales roles, Finance, and Admin typically do).

Sales Order (Bookings Summary)

The headline sales report — every booking in the selected period.

  • KPIs: total bookings, total booking value, and average ticket size.
  • Grid: one row per booked unit, with the sales order, unit, and buyer. Drill down to the sales order or unit.
  • Filter by date using the booking date, and by stock/project/subproject and other advanced filters.

Use it to answer "How much did we book this month, and where?"

Sales Invoices

Tracks the invoices raised from sales orders.

  • KPIs / columns: invoice value, payment status, and value metrics per invoice.
  • Grid: each sales invoice with its linked record, so you can drill into the SI or its parent SO.

Use it to reconcile what has been invoiced against what has been booked.

Detailed Sales

A unit-level financial view that combines data from sales orders and sales invoices.

  • Grid: detailed, unit-by-unit financials — booking value, amounts due and collected — pulled together from the SO and SI records.

Use it when you need a granular, line-level breakdown rather than summary totals.

Quotation Conversion

Measures how effectively quotations turn into sales.

  • KPIs: conversion percentage and average time-to-conversion.
  • Date field: choose to measure by quotation date or by sales-order created date — the switch lets you analyse the funnel from either end.
  • Grid: quotations with their conversion outcome; drill down to the quotation or the resulting sales order.

Use it to spot how quickly quotes close, and which are going stale. (Quotations nearing expiry also raise notifications.)

Cancellations & Refunds

Tracks sales orders that were cancelled or forfeited, and the money involved.

  • KPIs: cancelled units, total refund amount, and forfeited amount.
  • Grid: each cancellation with the cancellation record and unit; drill down to the affected records.

Use it to monitor churn and the financial impact of cancellations.

Tips

  • The date field matters: a Bookings report by booking date answers a different question than the same data by status-change date.
  • Combine advanced filters (e.g. one sales person + one subproject) to build focused performance views, then export them for sharing.
